Pinnacles Beach Photo Adventure

I was up before dawn for two goes at a sunrise shoot, and lingered around for some birding afterwards.

The Pinnacles is an erosion feature in the northern precinct of Beowa National Park (formerly Ben Boyd National Park), on the Sapphire Coast of NSW. It's at the southern end of NSW about 50km north of the Victorian border.

A few of my favourite shots:

Good old Eastern Whipbird!

Beautiful light before dawn

Lots of New Holland Honeyeaters - this one has a cute little 'beard'
